Quick Overview
    This heavyweight noise barrier is primarily used behind finished wall surfaces such as layers of drywall to block sound transmission. All dB sound blocking acoustic materials are made with POE (polyolefin elastomer) – the highest performing sound barrier compound for mass loaded acoustical applications. POE is safe and does not off-gas or absorb dangerous chemicals. The flexibility allows acoustic materials to vibrate converting sound into heat – improving noise reduction. POE does not become brittle with age.
    • For residential, commercial, and industrial noise barrier applications
    • Works well on wood and heavy gauge metal framing wall systems
    • Sound isolation stops noise like voices, TV, and music from passing through walls
    • Improves sound quality
    • Extremely effective as a pipe and duct wrap within interior walls
